1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this portal, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, and only for its intended civic purposes: learning about the Republic, applying for citizenship or residency, using public services, and communicating with our institutions.
2. Your accounts and applications
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login details private. Applications containing false information may be rejected, and accounts used abusively may be suspended.
3. Donations
Contributions made through this portal are voluntary gifts in support of the nation-building mission. They are not fees, and donating is never required to submit an application or receive a decision. Confirmed donations are recorded with a reference you can keep for your records.
4. Content and intellectual property
National symbols, official texts, photographs, and publications on this portal belong to the Republic or their credited creators. You may share them for non-commercial civic purposes with credit. You may not present altered official documents as authentic.
5. Acceptable conduct
Do not attempt to disrupt the portal, misrepresent your identity, submit another person’s documents as your own, or use contact channels for spam, threats, or fraud. Such conduct may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
6. Privacy
How we collect, protect, and respect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but services are provided as they stand and may change as institutions develop. To the extent permitted by law, the Republic is not liable for loss arising from reliance on portal content or temporary service interruptions.

These terms may be updated as our institutions grow. Material changes will be dated below, and continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance.
