Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and an optional location. We use this information solely to operate and secure the portal.
When you contact us or subscribe to the newsletter we store the message and email address you provide so we can respond and send updates you requested.
How we protect it
- Passwords are hashed with industry-standard bcrypt before storage.
- Sessions use HTTP-only, signed cookies and expire after 7 days of inactivity.
- Database access is restricted by row-level security and dedicated service credentials.
- We rate-limit sensitive endpoints (login, password reset, contact, and newsletter signup) to prevent abuse.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to us via the Contact Bureau.

We use a single first-party authentication cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
